Wamena – The Indonesian Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri) is strengthening the Golden Indonesia vision and mission by 2045 in the Mountainous Papua region to realize a Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) that is advanced and developing.

Deputy Minister of Home Affairs (Wamendagri) Ribka Haluk, in a written statement in Wamena on Monday, stated that the vision of a Golden Indonesia by 2024 must be clearly articulated by all regional governments in the country, including the Provincial Government of Mountainous Papua.

“The vision of a Golden Indonesia by the President and Vice President must be effectively translated through synergistic programs from the central government, provincial governments, to districts, so that the aspirations of this nation can be realized,” she said.

According to her, to realize the Golden Indonesia vision, there must be synergy between programs and policies from the central government to the regional governments, and vice versa.

“Programs planned by the central government must be synchronized with regional programs, and regional programs must also align with central programs so that the grand vision of a golden Indonesia by 2045 can be realized,” he said.

He explained that Indonesia is a unitary state, meaning that the programs and policies of President and Vice President Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka must be synchronized with those of governors, vice governors, regents, vice regents, and mayors.

“We must maintain synchronization, because this nation has one president, and the vision and mission of the number one person in Indonesia must also be the vision and mission of governors, regents, and mayors throughout Indonesia, as we adhere to a unitary state system,” he said.

He added that the development planning meeting (musrenbang) is crucial in the process of preparing annual planning documents.

“In the Musrenbang forum, all stakeholders can refine, align, and clarify the proposed program activities and sub-activities to be included in the 2027 regional government work plan (RKPD) until the regional revenue and expenditure budget (APBD) is finalized,” he said.
