Puncak Jaya – Maintaining personnel health is an important part in supporting the successful implementation of tasks in the field. Departing from that spirit, the personnel of the Police Task Force who are members of Operation Peace Cartenz-2026 follow the tumor and cancer prevention education organized by the Nusantara Cancer Development Foundation in Puncak Jaya, Thursday (8/6/2026).
This activity is a manifestation of caring for the health of members who carry out their duties every day in areas with geographical challenges and difficult weather. Through the education, personnel are equipped with an understanding of the importance of implementing a healthy lifestyle, recognizing disease risk factors, and doing early detection as a preventive measure so that their physical condition is maintained.
The material was delivered by a source from the Nusantara Cancer Development Foundation, Beta Niyati Pusa Sari, A.Md.Keb., who invited all personnel to start getting used to a healthy lifestyle through the consumption of nutritious food, adequate rest, regular physical activity, and reducing habits that can increase the risk of various diseases.
“We hope that all personnel will care more about their own health by implementing a healthy lifestyle, starting from maintaining a diet, getting enough rest, to avoiding foods that contain excessive preservatives. Early detection is also very important so that the potential disease can be known and treated from the beginning,” said Beta.
The atmosphere of the activity was warm and full of interaction. Personnel actively discuss various health issues that are often faced while on duty in the field. The enthusiasm shows the high awareness that maintaining health is not only for yourself, but also to be able to provide the best protection and service to the community.
Head of Operation Peace Cartenz, Inspector General of Police. Faizal Ramadhani, S.Sos., S.I.K., M.H., said that attention to personnel health is part of the leadership’s commitment in ensuring that each member can carry out their duties optimally.
“We want every personnel to feel that their health is the concern of the leader. With excellent physical condition, members can work to the maximum, stay motivated to carry out their duties, and provide the best service to the community. Therefore, health development must be part of the culture in the Cartenz-2026 Peace Operation environment,” said Head of Operation Peace Cartenz.
He also appreciated the Nusantara Cancer Development Foundation for sharing knowledge and care for personnel through health education.
In line with that, Deputy Head of Operations Peace Cartenz-2026, Chief Commissioner of Police Adarma Sinaga, S.I.K., M.Hum., emphasized that health is the main capital in supporting the professionalism of members in the field.
“Education like this provides real benefits for personnel. The better the members understand the importance of maintaining health, the better their readiness in carrying out their duties and serving the community,” said Wakaops.
Through this activity, the Police Task Force that is part of the Operation Peace Cartenz-2026 not only strengthens the operational readiness of personnel, but also shows that attention to the welfare and health of members is part of the humanist approach that continues to be built. With healthy personnel, it is hoped that services to the community can be provided in a more optimal, professional, and sustainable manner.
