Mimika – In commemoration of the 80th Bhayangkara Day, the Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz 2026 conducted a social service activity at Santa Susana Orphanage, SP2, Mimika Baru District, Mimika Regency, on Monday (June 29, 2026). The activity reflected the Indonesian National Police’s commitment to serving the community while strengthening its humanitarian approach, particularly toward children living in the orphanage.

The social service was led by Chief Commissioner of Police Bambang Widiatmoko, S.H., M.M., together with personnel from the Operations Support Task Force and the Head of Public Relation Task Force of Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz 2026. Upon arrival, the team received a warm welcome from the orphanage caregivers and the children.

The event began with a friendly gathering, followed by the distribution of social assistance and meaningful interactions with the children. The atmosphere was filled with warmth and togetherness, as the activity aimed to provide encouragement, motivation, and happiness to the children while demonstrating the humanitarian values upheld by the Indonesian National Police.

Frederika Takndare, caregiver of Santa Susana Orphanage, expressed her appreciation and gratitude for the visit by Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz 2026. According to her, the presence of the police personnel not only brought social assistance but also joy and hope to the children.

“We sincerely thank all members of Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz for visiting Santa Susana Orphanage. We hope your presence brings happiness, cheerfulness, and abundant blessings to the children in our care. We also hope the Task Force will continue to visit and support the children here. On this occasion, we would like to wish everyone a Happy 80th Bhayangkara Day. May the Indonesian National Police continue to earn the trust of the people, especially in Papua and throughout Indonesia,” Frederika said.

The Head of Peace Operation Cartenz 2026, Inspector General of Police Dr. Faizal Ramadhani, S.Sos., S.I.K., M.H., stated that the social service activity reflects the operation’s commitment to building closer relationships with the community through a humanitarian approach.

“Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz 2026 is not solely focused on maintaining security. We are equally committed to carrying out social initiatives that directly benefit the community. Through these activities, we want to demonstrate that the Indonesian National Police are not only protectors of public security but also friends and partners of the people, especially for children who need care and support,” said the Head of Peace Operation Cartenz 2026.

Meanwhile, the Deputy Head of Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz 2026, Chief Commissioner of Police Adarma Sinaga, S.I.K., M.Hum., emphasized that the social service initiative embodies the spirit of the 80th Bhayangkara Day by strengthening public trust in the Indonesian National Police through meaningful actions that directly impact people’s lives.

“Through activities like this, we hope to foster even stronger relationships between the personnel of Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz 2026 and the community. Social concern is an essential element in maintaining a safe, peaceful, and conducive public security environment throughout Papua,” he said.

Through this social service activity, Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz 2026 reaffirmed its commitment to continuously implementing humanitarian programs that provide tangible benefits to the community. By consistently promoting a human-centered approach, the operation aims to strengthen the partnership between the Indonesian National Police and all elements of society in creating a safe, peaceful, and prosperous Papua.
