SINAK – The implementation of Operation Damai Cartenz 2026 in the Sinak District, Puncak Regency, continues to emphasize a humanitarian approach by integrating security operations with community services. One such initiative is the provision of healthcare services by personnel of the Indonesian National Police Mobile Brigade (Brimob Polri) to local residents, Tuesday (January 20, 2026).
During the activity, Brimob personnel provided wound treatment to a resident identified as A.M. (33). This action reflects Polri’s concern for the social conditions of communities in the area of assignment, where access to healthcare facilities remains limited.
The medical assistance was delivered professionally, prioritizing dialogue and a persuasive, community-oriented approach, ensuring that the presence of security personnel is well received by the local population.
The Head of Operation Damai Cartenz 2026, Brigadier General of Police Dr. Faizal Ramadhani, S.Sos., S.I.K., M.H., stated that the activity aligns with the operational concept that prioritizes security alongside community welfare.
“Operation Damai Cartenz is not solely focused on maintaining security stability, but also on ensuring that communities feel the tangible benefits of the Police’s presence. Healthcare services are part of our efforts to build peace through genuine care and engagement in the field,” he explained.
He added that a humanitarian approach is key to achieving sustainable stability in Papua.
By prioritizing service, empathy, and dialogue, Brimob Polri hopes to strengthen public trust while fostering a safe, orderly, and harmonious security environment in the Sinak region.
