Oksibil, Papua Highlands – Personnel from the Task Force of Peace Cartenz-2025 continue to conduct security patrols in Oksibil District, Pegunungan Bintang Regency, to ensure stability in the region. As part of their daily duties, these security personnel also engage warmly with the local community, reinforcing a sense of safety and cooperation on Sunday (March 1, 2024).
The Deputy Commander of Task Force of Peace Cartenz-2025, Police Commissioner Adarma Sinaga, S.I.K., M.Hum., emphasized that these patrols are crucial in maintaining peace and security in Pegunungan Bintang Regency.
“We hope Pegunungan Bintang remains secure so that community activities can proceed smoothly and without disruption,” said Commissioner Adarma Sinaga.
Beyond maintaining security, Task Force of Peace Cartenz-2025 personnel also encourage children and residents to uphold harmony and strengthen their relationships with security forces. Their ultimate goal is to foster a peaceful and harmonious Papua.
The Sector Commander for Pegunungan Bintang under Task Force of Peace Cartenz-2025, First Inspector Efria Reza Dharma, underscored the importance of effective communication with the local population. He instructed all personnel to be good listeners and to build trust with the community.
“We want people to feel safe and comfortable with our presence. Good communication between personnel and residents will strengthen relationships and foster greater public trust,” said First Inspector Efria Reza Dharma.
