Yapen – Chairman of the Saireri Traditional Council Sopater Ayomi asked the entire community to continue to maintain mutual ties of brotherhood after voting on the ballot papers in the 2024 Election, which is currently still in an election atmosphere at the stage of calculating the recapitulation of ballot papers.
He said, the election is not a place to overthrow, but how to give voting rights to legislative candidates who will work for the community.
“The election is a moment for us to determine a better future for the nation, not to tear each other down because that is not good and will disturb the situation,” he explained when met at his residence. Wednesday (6/3/24).
As Chair of the Traditional Council in the Saireri area, Sopater Ayomi also emphasized that there should be no division between people but how to maintain brotherhood without any differences.
He also hopes that young people will not be provoked by hoax issues that only want to disrupt the security and social security situation. “public security and order are the main things for all of us, let’s continue to join hands in a united Republic of Indonesia.”
