Kiwirok – Welcoming the 78th Indonesian Independence Day, Cartenz Peace Task Force personnel in the Bintang Mountains region, Papua together with the people of the Kiwirok District raised the Red and White flag, Friday (11/8).
Danpos Damai Cartenz Kiwirok area Aiptu Ferdinand said this activity aims to grow and awaken a spirit of nationalism in the people of Papua, especially in the Kiwirok District.
“This activity is also a social program to foster a spirit of nationalism and restore the Kiwirok area of the Gunung Bintang Regency to a peaceful and continuing progress for Indonesia to progress,” said Aiptu Ferdinand.
As can be seen in the video, children, young people and adults are enthusiastic about putting up the Red and White flag in the Kiwirok Airport area and the District field where a ceremony will be held on August 17.
According to one of the residents, they were very happy and grateful to the personnel of the Carstensz Peace Task Force for the Kiwirok region for putting up the Red and White flag and the village looks beautiful and beautiful.
