Puncak Jaya, Central Papua – Personnel from the Cartenz 2026 Peace Operation Task Force conducted a foot patrol and humanistic communication with the community in Muara District, Puncak Jaya Regency, on Wednesday (June 10, 2026). This activity was carried out as an effort to maintain security stability and strengthen relations between security forces and the community in the area.
The patrol, which began at 9:35 a.m. WIT, targeted several locations in Muara District, including residential areas and locations that serve as centers of community activity. During the patrol, personnel not only monitored the security situation but also established warm communication with residents encountered during the patrol.
Through this humanistic approach, personnel from the Cartenz 2026 Peace Operation Task Force strive to build rapport with the community, listen to their aspirations, and provide a sense of security through the direct presence of officers in the midst of daily activities.
These patrols and humanistic communication activities are part of ongoing preventive measures to anticipate potential security disturbances and ensure a safe and conducive public order situation in Puncak Jaya Regency.
The Head of Operation Peace Cartenz 2026, Inspector General of Police Dr. Faizal Ramadhani, S.Sos., S.I.K., M.H., stated that dialogic patrols and a humanistic approach are important strategies for maintaining security and building public trust in the National Police.
“In addition to maintaining regional security, we also want to ensure the public feels the presence of the state through good service and communication. Humanistic interactions between personnel and the community are a crucial part of creating a safe, peaceful, and conducive situation,” said Inspector General Faizal Ramadhani.
Meanwhile, the Deputy Head of Operation Peace Cartenz 2026, Senior Commissioner of Police Adarma Sinaga, S.I.K., M.Hum., emphasized that patrols accompanied by direct communication with the community will continue to be increased throughout the operational area.
“We encourage all personnel to always prioritize a persuasive and humane approach in carrying out all their duties. With good communication, the community will feel increasingly safe and comfortable, and will actively participate in maintaining security and stability in their communities,” said Senior Commissioner Adarma Sinaga.
The patrols revealed a safe and conducive security situation in Muara District, Puncak Jaya Regency. The presence of personnel from the Cartenz 2026 Peace Operations Task Force received a positive response from the community, who welcomed the communication and attention provided by security personnel throughout the patrols.
