PUNCAK JAYA – Warmth and camaraderie marked the strong synergy between the Cartenz Peace Operation Task Force 2026 and the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) during a joint activity in Puncak Jaya. The moment was captured during the coverage of a technical meeting for the Farewell Cooking Competition of Yonif 112/DJ, held at the Yonif 743/PSY Task Force Headquarters on Friday (February 6, 2026).
The activity was led by Aipda Nurman along with three personnel from the Cartenz Peace Operation Task Force 2026 Enforcement Unit. Beyond serving as preparation for a farewell event, the gathering also became a warm space to strengthen bonds and build solidarity between Polri and TNI personnel who work side by side to maintain security stability in Puncak Jaya.
The series of activities began at 2:10 p.m. WIT with a technical meeting and cooking competition preparations. Shortly after, at 2:30 p.m. WIT, personnel from the Cartenz Peace Task Force and TNI started cooking together. The atmosphere was friendly and filled with laughter, reflecting a sense of unity built not only through duty, but also through genuine togetherness.
The event continued with a shared meal at 3:00 p.m. WIT. This simple yet meaningful moment symbolized strong inter-agency brotherhood and reaffirmed the joint commitment to supporting security operations in Central Papua, particularly in Puncak Jaya Regency.
After the entire series of activities concluded, Cartenz Peace Task Force personnel returned to the Kulirim Post in Mulia, Puncak Jaya, at 5:00 p.m. WIT. Throughout the event, the situation remained safe, smooth, and conducive.
Deputy Head of Cartenz Peace Operation 2026, Senior Commissioner of Police Adarma Sinaga, emphasized that TNI–Polri synergy is a fundamental pillar in maintaining security stability in Papua.
“Activities like this are not merely ceremonial, but serve as a platform to strengthen solidarity and togetherness between TNI and Polri personnel in the field. With strong relationships, coordination in security efforts and public service can be carried out more effectively,” said Kombes Pol. Adarma Sinaga.
He added that togetherness in non-operational activities plays an essential role in building trust, teamwork, and a spirit of brotherhood among personnel serving in high-challenge areas.
Through this activity, the Cartenz Peace Operation Task Force 2026 and TNI once again demonstrated that safeguarding Papua is not only about readiness and vigilance, but also about nurturing unity, professionalism, and synergy to ensure a safe and conducive security environment.
