Oksibil – Personnel of the Action Task Force and the Gakkum Task Force for Peace Operation Cartenz-2025 Bintang Mountains Sector carried out a dialogical patrol in Oksibil District, Pegunungan Bintang Regency, Papua Pegunungan, Tuesday (25/2). This activity aims to maintain security as well as strengthen relations with the local community.
The patrol is led by Dantim Ipda Eka Baja Parunungan, S.St. Pi. In this activity, personnel not only do security, but also build communication with residents. One of the humanistic moments was seen when personnel interacted with children around security posts, showing a persuasive approach in creating a sense of security.
Head of the Operation Peace Cartenz-2025 Public Relations Task Force, Chief Commissioner of Police Yusuf Sutejo, S.I.K., M.T., emphasized that dialogical patrols are a strategy to bring officers closer to the community.
“We want to make sure that the presence of personnel is not only to maintain security, but also as friends for residents, especially children. We hope that our presence brings a sense of security and comfort to them,” he said.
This dialogical patrol is part of the efforts of the Cartenz-2025 Peace Operation Task Force in building trust and harmonious relationships with the community. In addition to increasing the sense of security, this activity is also a means to understand the needs and aspirations of residents, especially in areas that are still prone to security disturbances.
Operation Peace Cartenz-2025 is committed to maintaining stability in Papua through a persuasive and humanistic approach to create a conducive situation for the entire community.
