Jayapura- The Cartenz-2024 Peace Ops Task Force again succeeded in arresting “M.O” when he was about to carry out a weapons sale and purchase transaction in Depapre District, Jayapura Regency, on Monday, June 3 2024, at 18.07 WIT.
Head of Cartenz-2024 Peace Operations, Police Commissioner Dr. Faizal Ramadhani, when confirmed, said that “M.O” was arrested when he was about to carry out a weapons buying and selling transaction in Depapre District.
“We can explain that, “M.O” aims to sell 1 short-handed firearm to “S.K” where “S.K” is a member of the KKB with the position of Chief of Staff of Kodap I Tabi,” concluded Police Commissioner Dr. Faizal Ramadhani.
Apart from that, Head of the Public Relations Task Force for OPS Damai Cartenz-2024, AKBP Dr. Bayu Suseno, when confirmed, said that “M.O” was arrested along with evidence including, 1 Short firearm, a sum of cash and an ATM card.
The chronology of the arrests began when the Cartenz-2024 Peace Ops Team followed the movement of “M.O” from his residence in Amai village, Depapre District to meet and carry out weapons buying and selling transactions with “S.K” who is a member of the KKB with the position of Chief of Staff of Kodap I Tabi.
Arriving at Jalan Raya Depapre, “M.O” was then arrested and a short firearm was recovered from his possession.
“Currently, “M.O”, is undergoing further examination at the Cartenz-2024 Peace Ops Command Post to be held accountable for his actions before the law.” Close AKBP Dr. Bayu Suseno.
