Lanny Jaya – The Deputy Regent of Lanny Jaya has urged the community to maintain harmony and strengthen unity during the celebration of Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijri.
In his statement, he emphasized that Eid is a meaningful occasion to foster stronger social bonds among residents, regardless of ethnic, religious, or cultural backgrounds. The values of togetherness and mutual respect, he said, must continue to be upheld in order to create a peaceful and cohesive society.
According to him, Eid al-Fitr is not only a religious celebration marking the end of Ramadan, but also a moment to reinforce solidarity and strengthen brotherhood within the diverse community of Lanny Jaya.
He also called on all elements of society, including religious and traditional leaders, to actively contribute to maintaining security and ensuring a conducive environment throughout the festivities.
“Eid is a time to strengthen ties, promote forgiveness, and nurture mutual respect. Let us preserve this spirit of unity for a safe and peaceful Lanny Jaya,” he stated.
The local government further reminded residents to maintain public order and to remain cautious of unverified information that could potentially disrupt social harmony.
With a strong spirit of unity and tolerance, it is hoped that the celebration of Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijri in Lanny Jaya will proceed safely, peacefully, and bring joy to all members of the community.
