PUNCAK JAYA — Sector IV personnel of Operation Damai Cartenz (ODC) 2026 once again demonstrated their commitment to providing prompt and humane services to the community. On Friday, January 23, 2026, Sector IV ODC 2026 personnel carried out a rapid response following a public report concerning a resident who fell ill after being assaulted by a family member in Kulirik Village, Mulia District, Puncak Jaya Regency.
The operation was led by DPP Briptu Muhammad Rizqi along with eight other personnel. Upon receiving the report at approximately 3:30 p.m. WIT, the team immediately proceeded to the victim’s residence to conduct an initial visit and on-site assessment.
At around 3:50 p.m. WIT, personnel arrived at the location and promptly provided first aid to the victim. Based on the initial examination, the victim was identified as a 38-year-old woman who sustained internal injuries to her lower back. Considering that her condition required further medical attention, the personnel evacuated her to Mulia Regional General Hospital, Puncak Jaya.
At approximately 4:15 p.m. WIT, the victim arrived at Mulia Regional General Hospital and was handed over to medical staff for continued treatment. The entire operation was conducted safely, orderly, and smoothly, after which the personnel returned to Kulirik Post, Puncak Jaya.
The Head of Operation Damai Cartenz 2026, Brigjen Pol. Dr. Faizal Ramadhani, S.Sos., S.I.K., M.H., stated that rapid response to public reports is a core commitment of Operation Damai Cartenz in providing protection and the best possible service to the community.
“Every report from the public must be handled quickly, accurately, and with empathy. The presence of Operation Damai Cartenz 2026 personnel is not only to maintain security, but also to ensure the safety and health of the community, especially in the mountainous regions of Papua,” Brigjen Pol. Faizal Ramadhani emphasized.
He added that a humanist approach combined with swift action in the field is key to building public trust in the presence of security forces.
The rapid response carried out by Sector IV personnel of Operation Damai Cartenz 2026 received appreciation from the local community. The swift assistance provided to residents in emergency situations was seen as fostering a sense of safety and reassurance among the public.
Through this activity, Operation Damai Cartenz 2026 reaffirmed its commitment to remaining present among the people of Papua by upholding the principles of protection, guidance, and service, in order to create a safe and conducive public security environment.
