Jayapura, November 12, 2025 — A young Papuan figure, Gifli Buiney, expressed his strong support for the performance of the Operation Peace Cartenz 2025 Task Force in maintaining security and enforcing the law in Papua. He stated that the task force’s consistent and human-centered approach has brought positive changes and created a safer, more peaceful atmosphere for the people.
In his statement, Gifli Buiney conveyed his appreciation for the dedication and professionalism of the Peace Cartenz Task Force personnel who have continuously carried out their duties in the field.
“I fully support the efforts of the Peace Cartenz Task Force in enforcing the law against groups that still oppose the government. The personnel have worked professionally and are committed to maintaining peace in Papua,” he said.
He further emphasized that the presence of disciplined and dedicated security personnel plays a vital role in building public trust and maintaining stability across Papua.
“I highly appreciate all members of the Peace Cartenz Task Force who have shown great dedication in safeguarding peace and public order in Papua,” he added.
Gifli also expressed his hope that Operation Peace Cartenz 2025 will continue to uphold professionalism and integrity in every mission, contributing to a peaceful and prosperous Papua.
“I hope the Peace Cartenz Task Force continues to perform its duties with professionalism so that Papua remains safe and peaceful. A safe Papua, a peaceful Papua — Papua belongs to all of us,” he concluded.
