The Warm Presence of Cartenz-2025 Peace Task Force Among Children in Puncak Jaya

Puncak Jaya, Papua – Joyful laughter of children echoed through Mulia District, Puncak Jaya Regency, as two personnel from the Public Relations Unit of the Cartenz-2025 Peace Task Force, Briptu Eroza Feryan Perdana and Bripda Rafly Abdullah, visited them during a humanitarian outreach activity on Thursday (May 1).
Breaking down all barriers, the officers immersed themselves in the moment—playing and learning together with the children. They handed out snacks, school supplies, and simple toys, while also instilling a sense of safety and togetherness.
“Through activities like this, we want the community to feel that the presence of the security forces is not just about protection, but also about being friends and guardians,” said Head of the Cartenz-2025 Peace Operation, Brig. Gen. Dr. Faizal Ramadhani.
The initiative was warmly welcomed by the locals. Parents smiled with relief, watching their children laugh and engage joyfully with the officers. The event ended with a group photo session—a symbol of connection and a shared hope for lasting peace in Papua.
