Oksibil – In an effort to strengthen synergy between security agencies, the Head of the Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz 2025, Cheif Commissioner of Police Yusuf Sutejo, S.I.K., M.T., accompanied by the Bintang Mountains Police Chief, AKBP Anto Seven, S.I.K., M.H., visited the Yonif 512 Post in Oksibil on Wednesday (27/02) afternoon. This visit is part of a series of activities of task force operation peace Cartenz which aims to increase coordination and cooperation in maintaining security in the border area.
Pos Pamtas Yonif 512 is a guard post managed by the TNI and has a strategic role in securing the Bintang Mountains border area. The presence of the Head of Public Relations and the Head of the Bintang Mountains Police is an important moment to directly review the field conditions and discuss collaborative measures in facing security challenges in the area.
During his visit, Cheif Commissioner of Police Yusuf Sutejo expressed his appreciation for the dedication and hard work of Yonif 512 personnel. “We really appreciate the active role of the TNI in maintaining security in the border area. Synergy between Polri and TNI is the main key in creating sustainable security,” he said.
The Head of the Public Relations Task Force also emphasized the importance of closer collaboration between the National Police, the TNI, and the local community. “Security is not only the responsibility of one party, but our responsibility together. Let’s continue to improve coordination and communication to face all forms of threats,” added Yusuf Sutejo.
This visit was also used to have a direct dialogue with Yonif 512 personnel.
At the end of the visit, the Head of the Public Relations Task Force advised that the synergy between the National Police and the TNI should continue to be strengthened. “We must always be united and support each other. Security and stability in the border area is our joint responsibility. Let’s continue to work together to create a safe and conducive environment for the community,” Yusuf Sutejo concluded.
Hopefully, through this visit, the synergy between Polri and TNI in the Bintang Mountains area can be more solid, so that security and order in the border area can be properly maintained.
