Jayapura- Chairman of the Red and White Front of the Republic of Indonesia (BMP-RI), Max Abner Ohee, said that BMP must be the Government’s partner in ensuring that Papua remains within the framework of the Republic of Indonesia. He conveyed this when submitting a Decree (SK) to the BMP-RI administrators for Central Papua and Mountain Province.
The handover of the decree was carried out at the Red and White National Front of the Republic of Indonesia, Papua Province in the Jayapura City Limits, Saturday (27/04). On the sidelines of this activity, the Chairman of BMP-RI of the Republic of Indonesia, Max Abner Ohee, hoped that the administrators who had been given the decree could carry out their duties to help the performance of the Regional Government as well as possible.
Apart from that, Max Ohee also asked that the BMP-RI Management of Central Papua and Mountain Papua Provinces could foster Pancasila values among the entire young generation in the two provinces.
“Our hope is that Barisan Merah Putih will continue to exist as a partner of the Government to ensure that Papua remains within the framework of the Republic of Indonesia and ward off separatist movements that state things outside the Pancasila ideology,” he said in short.
Those present at the handover of the decree included Watty Kogoya DPD BMP-RI Central Papua Province, Panius Kogoya BMP RI Timika Regency, Didimus Yaku DPD BMP RI Central Papua.
