Jayapura – Operation Damai Cartenz 2024 personnel under the leadership of the Sector Commander, Iptu Muhammad Kasim Lating, S.Tr.K., patrolled and visited villagers around Kiwirok District, Pegunungan Bintang Regency, Wednesday (17/04/2024).
Patrol activities were carried out at several points, including the Kiwirok District Post area and also the RRI Post. Bripka Nasrul Nurdin, S.H. who led the activity firstly gave directions to his colleagues. In his direction, he emphasized his commitment to maintaining security in Kiwirok while reminding personnel to always maintain safety while carrying out their duties.
After giving directions, the activity continued with patrols around the Kiwirok District Post Area and also at the RRI Post. Field observations indicate that the current situation is normal and conducive.
“It can be seen that community activities are safe and there is no disturbance from Armed Criminal Groups,” said Bripka Nasrul Nurdin.
Apart from carrying out patrols, Operation Damai Cartenz personnel gave social security messages to the community and invited the people of Kiwirok District to work together to maintain security.
“Our presence here is to provide a sense of security, protect and serve the community from disturbances by social security and order. “We ask for the active participation of the community together with the TNI-Polri to jointly maintain security and social order,” he continued.
He added that the public shall not be easily provoked by certain groups which could cause disunities.
“Let’s work together to keep this country peaceful and serene,” he added.
Operation Damai Cartenz 2024 Head of Public Relations, AKBP Dr. Bayu Suseno, S.H., S.I.K., M.M., M.H. said that the efforts of the personnel who are part of the Operation Damai Cartenz to provide a sense of security and comfort to the community is the main objective apart from carrying out law enforcement against Armed Criminal Groups.
“This is the key to creating a safe and peaceful environment in the Kiwirok District,” Bayu explained.
The Head of the Public Relations explained that these patrol and visiting activities will continue for good in order to maintain a safe and conducive security and social security situation.
