To note, the Lapago Tribe is a community originating from the Papua Mountains Province while the Mepago Tribe is a community originating from Central Papua Province.
In the context of the Democratic Party, Jhon Kogoya emphasized the joint responsibility of the Lapago community to create a safe, peaceful and cool situation in the Central Papua region. This shows awareness of the important role of the community in maintaining security.
