Jayapura- The Police SSDM Psychology Bureau, provides Assistance and Strengthening of Psychological Conditions for Cartenz Peace Operation 2023 personnel with the aim of conducting psychological treatment of personnel and building personnel’s mental health to be well maintained.
Kombes Pol. Cucuk Trihono S.I.K, Bureau of Psychology SSDM Polri when interviewed said, the purpose of Assistance and Strengthening of Psychological Conditions for Persnonel Peace Cartenz Operation Year 2023 is to carry out psychological treatment of personnel and also build mental health of personnel to be well maintained.
“The benefits or results of this activity are the emergence of strong motivation, refreshing psychological conditions and a stronger spirit in carrying out tasks so that the implementation of tasks can run smoothly in accordance with what is expected by the leadership of the Police and the organization of the Indonesian National Police.
In addition, Karo HR Polda Papua, Kombesp Pol. I Wayan Gede Ardhana S.I.K., on his occasion expressed his gratitude to the ranks of the Police Headquarters Psychology who have helped treat personnel in the field of psychology for members serving in the Cartenz-2023 Peace Operation.
“Physical health and mental health are needed so that psychological coaching activities can be carried out properly,” he said.
He continued, I hope that all members who carry out this activity then who are involved in the Cartenz Peace Operation can maintain their mental psychology and mental health properly.
“Psychological counseling is carried out during pre-deployment then on duty and post-deployment and today is a psychological service during the implementation of the Cartenz Peace Operation task”. he concluded.
