PEGUNUNGAN BINTANG — The presence of police officers in the inland area of Papua is realized again through an approach that prioritizes communication and social concern. Cartenz 2026 Peace Operation personnel carried out a dialogical patrol accompanied by health socialization in Yunabol Village, Oksibil District, Bintang Mountains Regency, Wednesday (2/4/2026).
The activity was led by Ipda Ranto Achmad Chamdani, S.KM, by directly targeting residents’ settlements. Personnel visit community houses, dialogue directly, and provide simple education regarding the importance of maintaining health, especially in areas with limited access to medical services.
This dialogic patrol not only aims to maintain security stability, but also strengthens the country’s presence through a touch of humanity. In the midst of the geographical challenges of the Bintang Mountains, the persuasive approach is considered effective in building a sense of security, strengthening the relationship between officials and the community, and raising awareness of healthy living.

“The presence of members in villages is not only for security, but to build closeness and care. Through dialogue and health education, we want the public to feel protected, heard, and cared for,” he said.
Meanwhile, Deputy Head of Cartenz 2026 Peace Operation, Kombes Pol. Adarma Sinaga, emphasized the importance of direct communication in maintaining a conducive situation.
“Sustainable security is born from trust. When our members are present, talk, and listen directly to the aspirations of the residents, then a strong relationship will be formed. From there peace can be maintained together,” he said.
The people of Yunabol Village welcomed the activity positively. Residents admitted that they felt closer to the security apparatus and gained a new understanding of the importance of maintaining family health in daily life.
During the activity, the situation is monitored safely and full of familiarity. This dialogical patrol and health socialization is part of the ongoing commitment of the Cartenz 2026 Peace Operation in keeping Papua safe and peaceful through a humanist approach, as well as strengthening the synergy between the apparatus and the community in the mountainous area.
