Kamoro Youth Leader Expresses Full Support for Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz in Maintaining Security Across Papua

Mimika, Central Papua — Kamoro youth leader Edison Manikiuta has publicly expressed his full support for the law enforcement efforts carried out by the Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz 2025 in Papua.
In his statement delivered at his residence in Timika on Monday (November 10), Edison emphasized that the task force’s efforts in taking firm action against the Armed Criminal Group (KKB) are essential steps toward ensuring safety and peace for all communities across Papua.
“First of all, I fully support the Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz in enforcing the law against the Armed Criminal Group in Papua,” Edison declared firmly.
He also conveyed his appreciation and gratitude to all personnel of the task force for their dedication and hard work in maintaining stability and security throughout the region.
“Second, I extend my support to the Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz for their continuous efforts in keeping Papua safe and peaceful. Third, I express my deepest appreciation and thanks to all personnel of the task force for their hard work and success in enforcing the law against the Armed Criminal Group in Papua,” he continued.
Furthermore, Edison encouraged all personnel to continue performing their duties with professionalism and a humanistic approach in safeguarding order and the welfare of the Papuan people.
“Fourth, I hope that the Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz will continue to work professionally to ensure that Papua remains safe, peaceful, and prosperous,” he concluded, followed by the statement: “Papua safe, Papua peaceful, Papua for all of us. Amolongo, Nimao Witimi Saipa” — a greeting that represents the unity of three tribes in Mimika Regency, Central Papua Province.
Support from local youth leaders such as Edison Manikiuta reflects a growing synergy between the community and security forces in creating a peaceful and prosperous Papua.
