PAPUA — Papuan community leader Nikolas Demetouw has expressed his full support for the Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG) currently promoted by the government. He considers the program a strategic step toward improving the quality of Papua’s human resources.
According to Nikolas, this initiative is a vital long-term investment to ensure that Papuan children grow up healthy, intelligent, and ready to compete in the future.
“I, as a community leader of Depapre District, Jayapura Regency, call on all Papuans to support President Prabowo Subianto’s MBG Program for our children. The MBG Program helps our children become smarter and more advanced in the future, here in the land of Papua,” he said on Monday (September 22, 2025).
