Puncak Jaya – In order to strengthen the humanist approach to personnel and the community in the assignment area, Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz Policewoman carried out activities at the ODC Action Task Force Post of the Puncak Jaya Sector on Wednesday (9/10/2025) at 10.00 WIT.
This activity was attended by Ipda dr. Shintia Novotna Katoda, M.Kes., as the PA of the Health Sub-Department of the Banops Damai Cartenz Task Force, together with Bripka Ita Somboalo from the Damai Cartenz Ops Public Relations Task Force. Through this moment, Polwan is not only present as a protector, but also provides solidarity and emotional closeness that fosters a sense of togetherness.
Head of Operation Peace Cartenz, Brigadier General Pol Dr. Faizal Ramadhani, S.Sos., S.I.K., M.H., emphasized that the role of female police officers in the operation mission is very important to build warmer communication.
“Polwan has a humanistic touch that is able to bring us closer to the community and personnel in the field. Their presence becomes a bridge that grows a sense of security and comfort,” he said.
Deputy Head of Operation Peace Cartenz, Chief Commissioner of Police Adarma Sinaga, S.I.K., M.Hum., added that Polwan plays a strategic role in strengthening personnel morale.
“Polwan provides positive energy, both through health services, communication, and social interaction. Their presence is always an encouragement in the midst of task challenges,” he said.
With this activity, the Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz hopes that the synergy between personnel and the community will be closer. The humanistic approach shown by Polwan is expected to be able to build trust, grow a sense of security, and strengthen community support for efforts to maintain the kamtibmas situation in the Papua region.
