Oktovianus Sogalrey who was caught carrying away the victim’s cell phone. .
It is known that the identity of the arrested KKB is Anan Nawipa, male, born in Widimeida, July 6 1991, address at Widimeida Village, Paniai Regency. Anan Nawipa is a member of the KKB led by OSEA SATU BOMA and has been a member for 1 (one) year based at the Kebo Headquarters.
