Mimika – Papuan Community Figures invite the people of Mimika Regency to participate fairly in the success of holding the 2024 General Election party in the Land of Papua.
Mimika Regency Community Figure Arnold Ronsumbre in a press conference in front of media crew in Mimika, Tuesday (13/02/2024) said that the General Election (Pemilu) is a democratic party once every five years, which is held to elect leaders and as part of advancing the Earth. “Of course this is done for the sake of a better future for Papua. Therefore, if there are groups or parties who refuse to hold the elections (boycott the elections), they are the ones who can harm the Land of Papua,” he said.
He explained that by participating in the democratic party he would be making choices to advance the land of Papua.
“Therefore, let’s make the best use of the momentum of the 2024 Election, come to the polling stations to channel your voting rights for better Papuan leaders in the future,” he said.
The successful holding of the 2024 elections is the responsibility of all elements of society with the assistance of security forces.
