Jayapura, November 12, 2025 — Papuan youth leader Gifli Buiney expressed his support for the performance of Operation Peace Cartenz 2025 Task Force in enforcing the law and maintaining stability across Papua. He emphasized that the task force’s presence has brought a positive impact in creating a peaceful and conducive atmosphere for the people.
In his statement, Gifli Buiney conveyed his appreciation for the dedication and professionalism of the personnel serving under Operation Peace Cartenz, particularly in dealing with groups that continue to oppose the government and hold ideologies contrary to the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI).
“I fully support the efforts of Operation Peace Cartenz in enforcing the law against those who still act against the government. The personnel have demonstrated professionalism and strong commitment in maintaining peace across Papua,” he stated.
Gifli further underlined the importance of the role of law enforcement and security personnel in ensuring that the people of Papua can live in peace and safety.
“I deeply appreciate all members of Operation Peace Cartenz who have worked with dedication and integrity to uphold security and public order in Papua,” he added.
He also expressed hope that Operation Peace Cartenz 2025 will continue to carry out its duties with unwavering spirit and integrity in order to preserve peace in the region.
“My hope is that Operation Peace Cartenz continues to uphold professionalism in every action, so that Papua remains safe and peaceful. A safe Papua, a peaceful Papua — Papua for all of us,” he concluded.
