Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz-2025 Provides Free Haircuts in Sugapa, Intan Jaya

Intan Jaya — The Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz-2025 organized a free haircut event for children in Sugapa, Intan Jaya Regency, Papua, on Monday, May 5, 2024. This activity aimed to build closer ties between security forces and the local community.
The social initiative took place in Sugapa, Intan Jaya, and was carried out by Police Officer Second Class Sergio Babo Ximenes. It was warmly welcomed by the children.
The Head of Peace Operation Cartenz-2025, Brigadier General of Police Dr. Faizal Ramadhani, S.Sos., S.I.K., M.H., accompanied by Deputy Head of Operation, Chief Commissioner of Police Adarma Sinaga, S.I.K., M.Hum., stated that the activity was part of efforts to foster a harmonious relationship with the community, especially the children, to create a safe and conducive public security situation.
“The children looked very happy after receiving free haircuts from the personnel of Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz. This is a form of the humanistic approach adopted by the security forces towards the community,” he said.
The Head of Public Relations of Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz-2025, Chief Commissioner of Police Yusuf Sutejo, S.I.K., M.T., added that the Indonesian National Police (Polri) remains committed to strengthening bonds with local residents to help realize a safe and peaceful Papua.
“We also urge the community to continue supporting security forces in maintaining order and safety in Papua. Together, we can create a harmonious, peaceful, and prosperous life for all Papuan communities,” he concluded.
