Quick Response by Operation Peace Cartenz-2025, Injured Resident Rescued in Puncak Jaya

Puncak Jaya, April 28, 2025 — The swift action of personnel from Operation Peace Cartenz-2025 was once again evident in Puncak Jaya Regency. A resident who suffered a serious injury after accidentally cutting his own hand with a machete while gardening received prompt assistance from an Operation patrol team on Monday (28/4).
IPDA Deby Taufan, who was conducting a routine patrol at the time, immediately provided first aid at the scene before transporting the victim to Mulia Health Center for further medical treatment.
This humanitarian act was praised by the Head of Operation Peace Cartenz-2025, Brigadier General of Police Dr. Faizal Ramadhani, S.Sos., S.I.K., M.H., who described the swift response of his personnel as a real manifestation of the operation’s humanist approach.
“Operation Peace Cartenz is not just about maintaining public order but also about ensuring that communities feel safe and supported in their daily activities,” said Brigadier General Faizal in Jayapura.
He emphasized that humanitarian values remain a top priority in every field action. “The dedication of personnel like IPDA Deby demonstrates how the National Police serve as protectors and companions to the people, especially in challenging regions,” he stated.
Similarly, the Head of Public Relations Task Force of Operation Peace Cartenz-2025, Commissioner of Police Yusuf Sutejo, S.I.K., M.T., highlighted the importance of building a positive image through information that prioritizes humanity.
