The ceremony was attended by Wakaops Damai Cartenz-2023, Kombespol Adriansyah Daulay, S.I.K., M.H., Dirsamapta Polda Papua, Kombespol Sondang Siagian, S.I.K., Dansat Brimob Polda Papua, Kombespol Budi Satrijo, S.I.K., M.Hum., Kaposko Ops Damai Cartenz-2023, AKBP. Egia Febri Kusumawiatmaja. S.I.K. M.I.K., and Jayapura Police Chief AKBP Fredrickus W.A Maclarimboen, S.I.K., M.H.
Posthumous Brigadier Rudi Agung is a Cartenz-2023 Peace Ops Task Force Personnel who died while carrying out patrols in Serambakon District, Bintang Mountains Regency by the Armed Criminal Group (KKB).
Head of the Cartenz 2023 Peace Ops Public Relations Task Force, AKBP. Dr. BAYU SUSENO, SH, SIK, MM, MH, when confirmed said that the body of posthumous Brigadier Rudi Agung was flown from Sentani Jayapura Airport to Sam Ratulangi Airport Manado.
