Jayapura- Youth Leader of Yapen-Papua Islands Regency, Yehud Atururi Condemned the murder of women activist, Mrs. Michelle Kurisi Doga in Central Papua by the Armed Criminal Group (KKB) and expressed his condolences on the death of the deceased, Saturday 10/9/2023.
This was said, when asked for information in Yapen-Papua.
According to Yehud Atururi, Papuan activists should be guarded and protected because they talk about humanity.
“Personally, I am very sorry for the murder of Michelle Kurisi Doga’s mother. Because if the killing of Papuan activists continues, then there will be no more people who speak out about humanity in Papua”. He said.
He continued, to the security forces, I fully support efforts to enforce the law on the perpetrators who committed crimes, criminalization of activists, Mrs. Michelle Kurisi Doga so that they are punished in accordance with the applicable law in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.
Yehud Atururi also hopes that all elements of society will not be provoked by hoax information and invites them to work together to maintain security and peace in the Land of Papua.
